{"id":122,"date":"2005-05-15T15:01:40","date_gmt":"2005-05-15T14:01:40","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sundaypapers.org.uk\/?p=122"},"modified":"2005-05-15T15:02:59","modified_gmt":"2005-05-15T14:02:59","slug":"denomination-domination","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sundaypapers.org.uk\/?p=122","title":{"rendered":"Denomination Domination"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>OK, any one denomination doesn&#8217;t have a monopoly on church, however, perhaps we have a cosy cartel?!<\/p>\n<p>Well, I&#8217;m probably going a bit far there &#8211; no one has a monopoly on following Jesus. But isn&#8217;t it strange how the presence of denominations or distinct groups does pressurise Christians to either be part of one group or another and people who cross boundaries are called spiritual gypsies.<\/p>\n<p>Submission to leadership appears to be a major sticking point.
