{"id":2781,"date":"2010-12-08T08:32:57","date_gmt":"2010-12-08T08:32:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.sundaypapers.org.uk\/?p=2781"},"modified":"2010-12-11T09:46:36","modified_gmt":"2010-12-11T09:46:36","slug":"i-just-want-to-be-with-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sundaypapers.org.uk\/?p=2781","title":{"rendered":"I just want to be with you!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>They say, Christmas is a time for Children<br \/>\nAdults show their love by swamping them with presents.<br \/>\nAnd yet, all the research tells us that what children want more then anything from their parents is their attention, their TIME. <\/p>\n<p>At Christmas many celebrate the birth of the divine child<br \/>\nMary was focused on the child growing within her<br \/>\nAnd in days of old people were led to follow the trail of this child<br \/>\nTo find the child and to be with him<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps before we can be with others<br \/>\nWe have to give time to being with our inner child<br \/>\nTo find the child within!<br \/>\nTo learn to grow down!<br \/>\nTo listen to what s\/he needs<\/p>\n<p>Jesus said, \u201cLet the children come to me\u201d<br \/>\nLet them BE with me<br \/>\nWhat he didn\u2019t say was,   \u201cMake them believe in me\u201d<br \/>\nHe wanted to keep their company.<\/p>\n<p>My boys sometimes say to me \u2013 \u201cDaddy, I just want to be with you\u201d \u2013<br \/>\nThey may trust me, love me, and believe in me, but these gifts come from time spent being with me.
